The above screenshot shows the electronic diary page. This displays all of your appointments for each stylist for a day.
The diary page has a column for each stylist and a row for each 15 minute
interval. (please note this can be changed to 10 or 20 minute intervals).
The current date for diary page is displayed at the top left. There is a
- button to left of date
field that shows the diary page for previous day and also a + sign to right of date that shows the
diary
page for following date. If you double click on a date, a calendar
is displayed that lets you go straight to a specificed date.
The appointments are colour coded - Orange is for Pencilled, Lime green
is for Confirmed and Dark Green is for Fully Paid.
Appointment reminders can be sent to your customers via SMS text or
Email. The replies can be automatically read by the systema nd if the customer
said Yes, the appointment is automatically changed to confirmed (lime green).
The Red Y to left of appointment shows you that there are special notes for this
client, or that it is their first appointment. The Grey N means that there are
no special notes and it is not their first appointment.
To create a new appointment, you simply double click on a free apointment time
for a stylist. This will then display that booking details screen - the booking
details screen allows you to assign the booking to an existing customer (or
create a new customer record) and then allows you to setup the booking details
(what service it for for etc ).
